SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. If we expand to additional regions in the future, any applicable shipping costs per destination will be clearly stated.
Processing Time
Orders placed between Monday and Saturday before 2:00 PM (Central European Time) are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–8 business days. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen events.
Shipping Regions and Carriers
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If additional regions are added in the future, they will be announced here.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to check the delivery status anytime on our tracking page or directly with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and either arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund.
